- **Build — execute transparently (Iteration Board).** On the Iteration Board, you focus on execution: break tasks into work items, work on them together, and make progress visible.
- **Insight — stay on top of things (Delivery Timeline).** The Delivery Timeline shows you in Gantt form where you stand, what's coming, and how long it will take.

## How it compares

**Whiteboards like Miro** are great for structuring thoughts and sketching the big picture. But they lack the connection to the tasks that follow — you have to build and maintain that yourself.

**Ticket systems like Jira** are strong at managing tasks, but not particularly good at structuring them or connecting them with a common thread. You have to keep that in your head.

**Spreadsheets like Excel** are often used to evaluate costs, duration, and progress. But the data has to be manually prepared and exported first. What happens when you reschedule or drop a task? No immediate answer.
