I come from software development, one of the most complex environments for projects. Over many years I've supported projects in different contexts, teams, and industries — as a developer, product owner, and agile coach. But always the same picture:

How it compares
Why existing tools don't reduce the effort.
Whiteboards like Miro
are great for structuring thoughts and sketching the big picture. But they lack the connection to the tasks that emerge from them. You have to create and maintain that connection yourself.
Ticket systems like Jira
